How are we God’s image?

God created us in His “image” (Gen. 1:26). He inspired us with His “breath of life” (Gen. 2:7). So, when we human beings open our eyes on the world, we are looking at it through God-inspired consciousness. That’s why we can step back from the world around us, why we appreciate our subjectivity and separateness. Made in His “image,” we can wonder “why” and “how.”
